    12 rooms - 5 bedrooms 6th bedroom is currently a lounge room while the extention is being finished off.

    Kitchen, combined dining/lounge, 3 bedrooms, hallway, bathroom, toilet upstairs, then laundry, and two rooms built in under house, one for storage and one for my son's playroom, so 11.

    Inside we have 8 separate rooms, divided into the following:

    3x Bedrooms
    Hallway
    Lounge
    Open plan Kitchen/Dining
    Bathroom
    Toilet/Laundry

    Then outside we have another 4 spaces, divided into the following:

    The Man Shed
    The Garage/Tool Shed
    Outside Toilet/Laundry which will become Ensuite Bathroom to the Other Shed which will become Toyroom and then later on Bedroom.

    7. 3bed+office, toilet, bathroom, we have an open plan dining kitchen and lounge.

    The one we live in now though has open plan dining and lounge, kitchen, 3bedroom, toilet, bathroom, laundry, storage and cyclone shelter. so thats 10
