I didn't count our hallway because it didn't exist until we made the second bedroom smaller to put it in. You used to have to walk through a bedroom to get into the rest of the house.
The house we are looking at buying is another 2 bedder, currently with 2 bathrooms and a pokey kitchen, separate lounge and dining, and an add on room on the back which I think will be a playroom/ rumpus but we are hoping to do some renos to make it suit our needs better.
yes true delirium!!
sent from brain to Iphone to BubHub~ a game of chinese whispers.
So I guess that is 13 rooms in total
2 living rooms
2 x toilets
(entrance/hallway as well...)
14/15 in total. 200m square. Loads of room, big 90 yr old villa on 25 acres

It's open plan - so it's hard to count rooms. Kitchen, dining and lounge are all in the one giant space, with an entry room as well. There aren't walls or anything dividing them (except the toilet/powder room of course!).
Upstairs there are four bedrooms and another living space and two more bathrooms.
ETA: The house is brand new. I hate it Give me a big old QLDer any day!

Walk in Pantry/Scullery
3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a rumpus room, open plan living and dining, an internal courtyard, a dinky study and a laundry.
