Do you have some chops? Marinate in some mint sauce... Then cook under grill or fry. Do some baked veggies and that's pretty easy?

Bake your potato and carrot together maybe with onion cut in half if you have it. Drizzle some oil over them and a little salt or seasoning. Oven at 180degrees for hour or hour n half, just turn them half way and check.

Steam remaining veg to go with it. Yum!

I'm too sick to cook anything..

I bake carrots/potatoes/pumpkin etx together. Steam or boil others.

Grill chops for probably 10-15 mins depending on thickness. If they're quite fatty careful with heat as they can catch on fire under the grill! Pan fry for about ten minutes if your worried. Start defrosting now and they'll likely be defrosted by cooking time! Yum. Love lamb chops!!

Or fry them.. Whatever is easiest.. Try cutting one open a little if you're unsure they're done..

For next time, my fav way to have lamb chops is either crumbed (so good!)
or the easiest and yummiest option is to buy/make some tomato relish and cover your chops with relish (I just use oven tray but a dish would work too) and bake for an hour or so. Really, really easy, and really, really good!
