    Default This site is great

    Hi everyone,
I have recently had a sperm analysis done and the test came bacl showing i have a low sperm count and also the mobility of my sperm is very low. Is there any way of improving this? Also any advice on how to tell the wife this as we both want children badly but now there is this problem preventing it?

    Hey jbr,

Sorry to hear about the news.. I'd get onto vitamins ASAP.. I have dh on:

    6000mg fish oil
    2000mg royal jelly
    1 sperm max tablet
    600mg c-q10
    1000mg vit c

Stay on that for 3 months then go back and get another test done..

Dh went in that and his levels went up heaps, we still need to do icsi but the quality is much, much better!

Any other questions pls ask away!

As for your wife, it's a hard thing to come to terms with, but you both need to be there for each other..

We both also saw a naturopath and went on herbs- that made a massive difference! It really does help!

    Hi op!

Sorry to hear about your slight problems but don't give up hope my DH was told the exact same as you.

Firstly you both need to support each other.

Dh started taking menevit and folic acid 5mg and I took clomid and 5mg folic acid and it worked for us

When you had your test did you refrain for three days prior and no longer 30 mins delivering it to the clinic for testing as these things can cause unreliable results too.

But we are now 32 weeks pregnant and we were told we had a 15% chance and to take clomid if that fails would need ivf but it worked don't give up!
