    Default Wheat bags

    Hi,
    I forget... Are wheat bags/heat packs ok during pregnancy? Just got my BFP and have been having some cramps

    I used mine just don't have it too hot or have it the one spot for too long I used mine for my hips and back this whole Preg! But I only heated it for a minute compared to 2 mins when I have period pains

    I have had a sore neck on and off since 18 weeks and my heat pack is a godsend. Also in labor with DS I used a heat pack as he was posterior. So I guess yes.
