Hi Bella yes did beta again today as I've had spotting/ light bleed since Wednesday, just wanted to now where we are at Warren has added in Valium to relax the uterus and another med to stop excessive bleeding- staying positive now my betas are strong & we'll do a quick scan Friday 6w2d to check out if there's a "cause" Beta's were 26dpo @ 9280 so doubling bout every 52hrs. Hope your doing ok?

Good luck Mrs P & enjoy a cold one at the Windmill pub next door ☺

I just read all today's posts but I'm so tired I can only manage a quick, thanks to you all for the well wishes. We got an upgrade for our hotel , so I'm happy about that. We also have DS with us, so it will probably be a park not a pub after. LOL.

Maca I hope everything is ok spotting is so stressful but fortunately common for many of us. Great number increase xx

Mrs P good luck today I hope it goes well and enjoy your upgraded room.

Still no movement for me waiting waiting. I find it odd that since my scan and it obviously showing no heartbeat I haven't had a single call from the ob who received the report Friday to follow up with me at all. So I don't know how long this should go on but if by Friday no loss I will call him and insist on a d&c otherwise this could go on for up to three more weeks my research has shown. I wish we had better level of care in Cairns.

Bella - How are you hun?

MrsP - How did your appt with WDA go? Cant wait to hear.

Maca - How stressful...I hear so many IVF women bleed in the early stages. I think it would do my head in. Glad to hear that WDA is all over it. There is another lady on the IVF Over 40 thread that is going through the same thing...she just had her BFP confirmed today.

    Hi Sunny and Musicalgal

I am still waiting, still no signs of MC starting anytime soon. I am wondering if I should ask for misoprostol to induce the MC. Then at least it is over. This waiting is seriously the absolute low of this particular exerience. Still no call or acknowledgement from the OB since the scan at the diagnostic imaging which I find unreal, previous MC you get called in to discuss options I am just ignored. Which just feels wonderful

Hi Girls, - Had a busy few days. Lots to think about, and lots to read.

Bella, - I'm so sorry you are stuck in this Limbo. If it all isn't hard enough! . I think it might be time to call the OB. It seems strange that they didn't get you to make your next appointment back when you were sent for another scan. That is a bit slack on their part. That is what they did with me, Although, I had already discussed that I wanted a D&C with chromosomal testing done when it was all over. I had 4 weeks of scans (measuring small with slow HB). I just had to know why!

MusicalGal, - It is a bit like that isn't it. "Here we go again". You've just bought your tickets to ride Kingda Ka (the biggest roller coaster on earth) again. I hope you get the golden egg from this one.

Maca, - I hope the bleeding has subsided. It's so very stressful! But as Sunny and Bella said, it's all too common, and allot of the time there is nothing wrong. I had two lots of spotting a month apart with DS.

Sunny, - How is the over seas holiday planning going? You must be getting more excited as the days go. I hope your lovely donor is resting up well.

AFM, - Appointment with WDA went really well. Everything we was expecting! DS was running a muck, and Wazza was so cool about it. One thing that struck a chord for me, and made me tear up a little, is when he said, "I could never say to you to give up and be happy with the miracle that you have. Once you have a baby it's like a shot of heroin, - the only thing you want is another, so I will try to help you do that!"
He obviously gave me the 0.01% chance I have of achieving that. But he delivered the stats in the nicest possible way. But hey! - One woman in 1000 my age can achieve a take home bub, so why can't it be me . I felt in no way judged by any of his team, like I did up here. But I have decided that this will definitely be our last try of IVF (maybe an IUI after if anything), and I don't think I want to go the donor egg route afterward.

So anyway. I am to call the first day of next AF and we will decide when to start then. WDA will be away a week in July, and DH has some heavy work commitments for a few months then. I will probably have another cycle off, and let the DHEA get a foot in. When we start I'll be doing an Oestrogen Priming cycle, and he is throwing the kitchen sink in... OMG, I didn't realise how many drugs would be in there. I hope I will cope O.K.

Hey Bella have you had any contact or support from your clinic or specialist yet? I hope that you are hanging in there, I would imagine the lack of support or a care plan must be infuriating and devastating x

Mrs P I'm so happy that Wazza took good care of you all he really is a gem, I remember he had "planned the retire" last year I for one was devastated and apparently so were way too many patients and he has decided to stay on saving the ladies other FS's don't know how or can't help....." his hard core girls"

Sunny you've got dates, previous cycle feedback, holiday plans not to mention the big exciting countdown to it finally kicking off!! Wooohooooo yay

AFM my bleeding has eased ( fingers crossed stopped) today after nine nail biting days I am putting it out there that that will be the last episode of that thank you very much! We went in for a 6w2d scan today & there's no evidence of what had caused it and we have One perfect little poppet on board, size for my dates are spot on, saw the heartbeat nice & strong at 114 bpm which is the biggest relief ever! It's actually happening! Xxx

Maca, - Fantastic news! So glad that your little poppet is safe and well, and that the bleeding has stopped. I bet you are finally able to breath out.

Bella, - How lovely of your husband. And what a gorgeous little man Hank is. I really hope something happens for you soon so you can move on a little.

Hope everyone is well, I had a lovely day today at the Play School concert. LOL
