    Hi Ladies

I spoke to PIVET in Perth, where Dr Yovich is based because, yet again, CFC has had trouble getting details right for me. Long story short is I have expressed my concerns over my treatment to the man who is responsible for the running of things overall while Mrs Yovich is away, she is the person in charge of the office side of all their practices. He has already made me feel much better and I have now booked a review with Dr Lingham on the 16th. I soke with dh last night and we've decided to have at least 1 more go with cfc, providing they don't mess us around again. I want to hear what they think we should do next because I don't think this surgery will have rectified my thin lining issue as I didn't have any scarring in my uterus. I believe I will still need support for this and it might be why we had 2 m/cs. But what would I know, I'm not a doctor.....haha.
We would like to try AI but will be happy to do a fet if they think thats best.
Hmmmmm, who knows what to do.

    I agree, a catchup/meet n greet is definitely a great idea.

    All the best ladies

AMPS as you know I have the same feeling about my lining... Kerry and I will be working on that again with Accupuncture and the herbs (GROSS) also why with the DET I am starting Progynova so we can schedule the FET on the day my lining is at optimum rather then the days after ovulation.

I had to ask when we were told to go with a natural FET if a medicated FET would be more beneficial and have a higher success rate as my lining always seemed to be low and slow to get to a minimum thickness and he agreed and said absolutely is that what I wanted to do - well of course it is I want to maximise all chances considering I get such a low egg haul with each stim cycle.

I am finding out that you really have to be your own advocate for what you want and push for it. No matter which clinic your at. I understand my FS wont remember all the nitty gritty of my responses they see many patients each day so prompt them remind them push them for the best chance of a positive outcome.

Amps - when are you down here next? Is it the 16th for your review?

MusicGal - great you have no side effects. I haven't had DHEA as yet.

Sorry, I've taken a step back from this tread for a while ... I've still been watching though.

Amps .... fantastic news. Glad it's all going well for you. It will happen, you deserve it to happen.

AFM ... I'm on a 2WW for my first ever ovulation (on OI). It is literally doing my head in. The 16th is my magical day for testing to see if this has worked or not.

Tropicalbub: I have my for you.

I could've slapped this silly woman from work the other day. So far work has been very supportive and accommodating but this woman who is 2IC has a lot to learn about people skills. Knowing full well how hard this has been so far, and I had just explained my surgery and shown photos, she then promptly announces she and her dh are thinking of having another child. She has a 10yr old from before (who wasn't planned) and they have a toddler together, oh gosh it must be so hard for her. Sorry but I just don't feel like being happy for her.

Hope everyone has a great weekend, I'm off to work and won't be near my computer again for a couple of days.
    Take care

Goodluck Tropical Bub the TWW is such an emotional time. Hang in there and Ihope the time flies and you get a positive result at the end. 16th is my first scan to see how my lining is lets hope its all good news for us both.

Amps - That sucks seriously. People often have no tact or empathy.

I have a SIL that is 37 weeks today and been told the bub is in excess of 3.5kg so she is good to go anytime if not to be induced this weekend next week. Another SIL would be 20-22 weeks.
So all our family is super excited buzzing about babies about to be born and DH & I just feel totally gutted after our last cycle and the failed FET before that and the first cycle too. I am so scared my embies wont thaw.

I started back with Kerri for accupuncture to bring on AF and to ensure a clean slate for the uterine lining. I am throwing it all at the FET this time the vitamin E caps, L'Arginine, Wuji Bai Feng (blood tonic - Black Boned Chicken :0 WTF ), I am upping my blood foods, marrow foods this cold wintery weather makes it easier to partake it in. I am going to ask about viagra pessaries becasue of the studies and success clients have had with those. Apparently Bob has agreed to it previously with her clients.. I feel like I am doing everything I can I am giving it our best shot. After that its with the universe and all i can do is hope

    Have a great weekend.

Tropical Bub - My figners are crossed that you numbers rise nicely.
    Amps - How are you?

AFM - Af arrived last Friday and started Progynova on Saturday. First 3 days (Days 2,3,4) 1 tablet per day, next 3 days (Days 5,6,7) 2 tablets per day then on from there (Days 8 onward) 3 tablets per day. Scan ont he 24th to see how my lining is they want it over 8mm. We will wait and continue on this til it gets to potimal thickness and start the next lot of meds, i think progesterone.

I am pretty nervous about the thaw. I try to be positive but sometimes its very difficult. My SIL gave birth this week and I ams o happy for them its hard to process but I am very happy for them.
