Default Safe positions for DTD when pregnant *TMI*

    Hi all,

We did all have sex to get into this position but I am curious as to what are considered safe positions as your pregnany progresses.

My DF and I still have a very active sex life, probably because I am only 17 weeks pregnant and not finding it difficult at this stage. Most of the time I am either on top facing him or laying on my side with my back to him. He doesnt want to be on top as he things he might squash my protruding belly. Sometimes on top I feel that the penetration might be a little deep and sometimes feels uncomfortable but never painful.

So my question is - what position do you have sex in and how far along are you?

We just did whatever position was most comfortable, I never really had a problem doing any or the "popular" ones lol

    I've wondered this too....

I'm 26 weeks, we ususally DTD with me on top, side by side or doggy... however I get a little worried sometimes that doggy is too rough (DH likes it hard and fast)...

Me on top either facing him, or facing away. Either way is great and I can control the depth which is also good because I find that since I've been pregnant I have been very very sensitive!

All positions are 'safe', it just depends on what is comfortable

i find that me on top is the most comfortable but i also bought a large pregnancy pillow that i often use to balance my weight or prop up certain areas so we can add abit of spice

Although i'm not heavily pregnant yet, through my other pregnancies we just went with what was comfortable. For us, being pregnant doesn't really change our posotioning, only the depth of penetration.
