Default Birthday present ideas for active 2 year old boys...

I've got a 2 year old daughter and need some help!

We have 6 boys in our playgroup so I need some reasonably priced present ideas, around $15-$20 range.

    Any ideas bub hubbers?

If he's active then would get something that can be played with outdoors, perhaps a gardening set, toy lawnmower, toy tools, toy fishing set or water toys. Two year olds love to "help" their parents with outdoor activities

My DS is both active and two haha, so here are some things he loves playing with:

Musical instruments (you can get a 'Dobbin drum' which makes a nice mellow noise, as oppose to annoying clanging noises).

    Balls

Pail & spade for the beach

    Mini soccer net

    Skittles

    Blocks

    Tea set

Baking accessories (tots chef hat & apron + spoon)

Sorting or nesting toys (DS loves these)

    Pounding bench

    Dress ups

    Crafts (playdough/big chunky crayons/paints/stickers)

    Lawn mower/wheelbarrow/mini gardening utensils

    Trains

I am mother to a very active 2 year old boy. Hits from his birthday/Christmas include:
A toy lawn mower (he mows next to daddy when DH mows).
A $20 scooter from K'mart. The box says 3+ but DS loves it and can handle it easily.
    Cooking equipment
    Baking set
    Chuggington and Thomas trains.

For a 2 year old boy any sort of Vehicle is usually a hit. Cars, trains, trucks, planes, etc... they all seem to go down well and you can purchase them starting very cheaply.

DD loves her totem tennis, soccer net and scooter. All say 3+ but she's fine with them
