Scratching myself. Not hard, but just lightly usually on my arms. Or legs. Or head. I'm sure people think I have fleas. I've managed to contain myself to only doing it at home.

Leaving things to the last minute! Not a good habit to have when it comes to Uni work, but I just can't work without pressure. I also tend to get ready and leave the house just before I'm meant to be somewhere so I always end up late. My poor friends! At least now I can use my son as an excuse!

I am forever leaving doors open - car door, fridge door, microwave door, cupboard door etc etc. It drives dh batty and even ds1 now absentmindedly closes things after me as he trails behind me.

Walking around with the phone tucked between my ear and my shoulder. What bad neck?

Picking. I pick nails, scabs, loose skin and pimples. I'm getting better now after a few embarrassing trips to the doctor for infections caused by picking.

I leave things til the last minute, then get really stressed.

Overeating. I can't help myself and it makes me feel worse about myself.

Being lazy. I hate it and it's embarrassing.

Haha we need a support group!
Me to, even though I'm right handed I can't tie the knots with my right hand, so it's all the left side of my head. I'm also very good at doing like 10 or more rows of knots when my hair is in a pony tail, looks like I have dreads.... I really need to stop so yes, support group sounds great
