Do you ever forget about you row of knots and go to sleep and when you go to brush your hair in the morning it's a big matted mess? I hate this part

I thought that was normal. It was also the way we were taught in Home Ec at school.

I do the hair twisting thing and bite my nails too. The only time I've ever been able to stop completely was during my last pregnancy. I favour one side of my hair so have more hair on one side because it gets pulled out or cut to remove knots. I didn't realise it was that common.

Haha we need a support group!

I click/crack my knuckles.. (even though it's not actually "cracking" the bone).
DH hates hates HATES the sound of it.. but I'll never stop doing it, been a clicker since I was a kid, lol.. it's lovely release for me

I would have said smoking, but I quit the day I found out I was pregnant and have absolutely no plans to ever smoke again.
