thought I would reply to your Post ....although you may now have all the info you needed seems its a few days old.

Clomid can be taken anytime of the day but I was told if I take the tablet in the morning that i should continue on with that untill the pills are finished.

Usually your specialist will tell you which days best for you to take the pills in my case it's day 3-7 .

The most important thing to do is have all your questions written down that you want to know when you go for your appointments , that is what the specialist is there for and they are usually happy to answer any concerns or questions.
usually a list of side effects will be included in the box .
    Some included are

    bloating
    Nausea
    mild cramps
    Irritability

those are the main there are more but we are all different you may get none or only a few....it also depends on how high a dose you take....again just ask your Doc or pharmasist.
Hope this helps & you get the baby you hope for

I took mine at night, they said that way some of the possible side effects may not be noticed while you're sleeping. I didn't seem to have any adverse effects.

    Good luck.

Someone also suggested to me to take the tablets at night to reduce some of the side effects. I didn't really have side effects - hope the same is true for you. Good luck!
