    Me: yes 33 min actually.
Ds was born 6 pound 10
Dd was born 4 pound 3
An the one that use to amuse me
    Are they identical ????
    No he's a boy an she's a girl
    Still looking at me blankly,
he has a penis an she doesn't so no that means they are not identical.

I was constantly told that DS1 was too pretty to be a boy.

And I get sick of every stranger telling me (1) I have got my hands full: seriously I know people who have way closer gaps; (2) that I look too young to have three kids.

Now when I was pregnant with DS2 I had a stranger come up to me and ask what I am going to call 'her'. At my first ultrasound I was told 60% chance girl. At my second we found out he was definately a boy. I told him no sorry I'm actually having a boy and he went on to tell me as a father of five I know how women carry and that's definately a girl belly blah blah blah. Sigh. Was not overly impressed and was a great way to plant doubt in my mind. Idiot.

A few years ago I picked up my almost then 14yr old male cousin from school (I was about 24) and ducked into the shops with him and his then almost 2yr old half sister...

I asked him to hold his sis as I'd "had her all day" and this lady next to us said I should give my boyfriend a break as obviously he's been at school, trying to get an education so we can better ourselves and get out of the 'mess' we were in - even if we did make a gorgeous baby!!

My cousin and I were both mortified!! Granted he was close to 6" so probably looked older than grade 9 but we even look alike all blonde hair/green-blue eyes/light skin lol. We moved away quickly haha.

Ppl often tell me how much SD looks like me... Uh huh she's all brown eyes and hair and has Asian like features from her mum and I'm nothing like that. I try saying "thanks but she's not mine" and get "oh are you SURE??". Unmm pretty sure I'd remember giving birth!

I also have had numerous ppl question the pronunciation of my first and last names... Umm, think I know how to say/spell my name but thanks for the advice.

That's when she said "except it is a WINTER cheese and no matter how much I love it I could never ever eat it in summer" and looked pointedly at me. Awkward in a very weird way!
OMG what the hell is a winter cheese?!

On a bus with my ds (he was 3.5 then). He leans over, whispers in my ear and giggles.
The old lady next to us asks "what did he say?".
I say "oh, i'm not sure. I didn't hear him properly".
Old lady "Ask him to repeat it."
Me: "I'm sure it was a kids joke."
Old lady: "Good." To my son: "What did you say?"
DS: "I did a big fart".
DS giggles, old lady turns away.

    Well you did ask!!!

Age, not so much, but gender.... Men are statistically more likely to be paedophiles than women. There are female ones but it's very rare by comparison. Not that we should suspect all men, but gender is actually a factor unfortunately.

A few years ago a shop assistant saying to me how much SD looks like me.

Ummm her Mum is Maori and Dad is an Islander. I'm a glow in the dark whitey. SD is dark dark brown. I don't really see the resemblance obviously.
