I'd have to agree about the beach. DP loves it, I can't stand it but go reluctantly for him. I always end up with dry, frizzy, wavy hair, sore eyes, stepping on something sharp, sand in clothes, the car, every crevice of our bodies.. Last time we went with DP's family a shark helicopter zoned in on the area and alarm sounded right where we were swimming not 2 minutes earlier.

    Stainless steel appliances.

I can't stand them. I hate them. Despite them. Loathe them. They look ugly, cold and sterile. Just.Hate.Stainless.Steel.

Sadly, the stainless steel market seems to be taking over and the new fridge that i've been eyeing off only comes in stainless steel

    Facebook!

I tried it and I just can't see the point. I got a bunch of old school friends contacting me and it was all a bit weird. If I had wanted to see a picture of their cat's latest antics 20 years after going to school with them, I'd have stayed in touch!!!

(Apologies to all who love it, coz I know most people do, but I just don't get it)

Icecream in a cone. Love icecream in a cup but hate it in a cone. Too messy and awkward to eat. The stress of trying to eat the icecream before it invariably melts and runs down my hand is just TOO much!

I agree I also hate fruit cake... I like fruit. I like cake. Just not together. I once had someone too scared to buy me a necklace with some kind of animal on it. They said, "I know you like necklaces, and I know you like animals... but do you like animal necklaces?"

I read a few pages and felt the same so won't let myself read the whole book.
