    Isobel is the spelling I prefer.
    I think willow is a lovely name and can imagine it in a grown up.
    You could use isobel willow or willow isobel.

    Just to add, names don't have to be shortened. My ds is braddon and his name never gets shortened. Of someone new calls him brad he corrects them.

    I'm Melissa, never shortened to Mel. My brother is Daniel, never shortened to Dan. My sister Tracey is never shortened to trace.
    People will call you or your children what you let them. So if you like the full version correct them
