I did a cake course and fell in love with making cakes. I did this one for my mum's 60th birthday. She LOOOOOVES champagne and so it was perfect for her. It took me 2 days and a lot of tantrums to finish. I also made it gluten free as my mum is allergic. I don't do cakes anymore as it's just way too tedious.

I just buy the Orchards white Icing from Woolies/coles its like $4 for 400g.,works out as cheap as buying it bulk.Then I colour it
