    Default Termites

Ok so coop made a little hole inside a doorway today. I already knew we had termites eating away at the carport and near the kitchen underneath the house and a tree out the front.

In the hole coop made, i made it bigger by accident as the wood is weak as anything and i can see they have been there.

I have gone knocking around the house and some areas are hollow while others seem fine.

I called housing a few weeks ago to report the termites. Someone came out but they could only inspect outside as nobody was home. I am going to call them again tomorrow as i want to know what is going to happen. Havent heard anything about it since though.

Will they possibly move me? Would it be somewhere around same area possibly as i dont drive and coops at school. I dont know how old my house is but we have been here for about 8 or 9yrs and the house is quite old.

If i dont move, how will they fix the damage they have caused?

It depends on the extent of damage done. They only move people as an absolute last resort. They can try to move within the same area but it depends on vacancy. There might be a wait for that area.

I think it's horrifying they haven't done anything about it, termites move along the street and will affect the other houses, they must get rid of them (professional spraying)
Maybe speak to the neighbors and see if they're affected yet?
As for moving sorry I'm not sure about that?

I have no idea how long we have had them for. I only discovered early this month when i had pest control out. I called up the company to do their internal inspection but its now in housings hands and out of their control til housing work out what they are gonna do.
