Default Recent Redcliffe hospital planned c-section experiences?

I am going to have a caesar for my 2nd bub due to not wanting to make my prolapse issues from my first birth any worse.

Has anyone had a caesar recently at Redcliffe Hospital?

How did you find it? Did they stitch or staple you? How long were you in recovery? Were you allowed to have bub or hubby and bub in recovery with you?
