For that sort of u/s I would say anytime really. Although I tend to avoid when my period is due bc sometimes they do a transvaginal.

I think this group is going to be extremely good though as everyone is in the same boat of TTC so at least I can support you guys and receive that support as well

Does anyone know: The DR gave me a slip to go and get an ultrasound to see if I have any Cysts and to make sure everything is ok, when is the best time to get this done. I am currently waiting for AF so should I wait until AF is finished or should I go now whilst waiting for AF (I have irregular AF's and currently at CD35)
I just had one these last week. My doctor said to go immediately after your period, or the very tail end of it. I went on day 6.
And yes it is an internal ultrasound.

    Hi Ladies,
Thanks for that. Didn't realise it was an internal ultrasound.
Just got AF this morning and can't go anytime except Saturdays so will have to wait until 15th March. Was thinking of taking vitex in the meantime or do you think I should talk to doctor beforehand!!!

In my experience most drs and gynos don't even know what it is lol I've got a blank look and had to explain what it was. They also tend to debunk anything natural and favour drugs such as clomid over vitex.

Hi ladies, it's lovely reading all your stories! I love how supportive this group is, makes you feel a lot better knowing you are not alone. It is still early days for
me so I am still very hopeful.
