According to that list DD was born about a week before a full moon. My understanding with moon phases and labour was that when the moon is in a waxing phase (growing), the more likely you are to go into labour. This has been true both times for me. Not sure if there really is any truth to it??

Yes ds was born on a full moon, not according to the link provided though.
I think you should look at some better websites on moon phases personally as they are different in different parts of the world etc and a moon doesnt normally just last for 1 day well not according to any moon phase site i have looked at.

    Thanks all for your responses!

It sounds like there might be something in it for some people. One of those things that MAY trigger labour but perhaps I shouldn't pin all my hopes on giving birth on April 6.

I do think that the moon does have the potential to affect our bodies in some ways.

Thanks, yes it was hard to find a website that had dates for various years, not just the current. I'm sure there are some more reliable sites out there.

Dd was due 3 weeks after a full moon. But arrived by planed cs day after the full moon.

My three pregnancies were conceived around full moons.

I had to look it up because the only full moon I was concerned with at the time was my own. NO, my spontaneous labour began on the day of the new moon, I laboured that night and dd1 was born just before dawn.

    My second child was induced.

Remember that the moon is full only for a short time; think minutes or seconds rather than an entire day

I started having contractions the night of the full moon (Monday)... DD was born at 2:59am Thursday.

According to the timing aswell, my contractions started right as the full moon hit not just some random time on the same night.

I might have a look at the full moon for March... Maybe I will be able to predict when this bub will be born... Ha!

ETA - the full moon is exactly 1 week before EDD... And exactly 6 days before DP comes home for a week. Fingers crossed the full moon has NO influence on me at all.
