    It would be a shock after so long ttc with no success. Give it time to sink in, you may end up thrilled with it once the shock dies down.

    He will come around. I am 12 weeks, and my partner says he's in denial that I'm pregnant (he was hoping it would take ages) and he just keeps telling himself I'm just sick (re MS) but not pregnant (he didn't want to TTC until much later).

    Both my boys were conceived after I'd changed my mind about TTC but before I'd returned to using contraception. They're the best things in my life and is say these things are meant to be! Congratulations!
