Snap MG Marc has the same pjs. Love 'em he looks so cute in them (like your S does).

JFB well done dying the hair. I have 3 things that I never let slide after babies - hair colour, neat eyebrows and never ever wear track suit pants. If any of these go you know I'm in trouble (I don't own trackies so I can never fall into the trap). Oh to have such lovely 1st world problems !

    Hi girls

Jfb- well done on the hair dye and also the boobie feeds, love the new avatar of the babies.......so cute.

Sonja - I don't do trackies either, well not outside the house....

Not much happening here, although dh is off to germany next week, business class mind you....all for work, so I'll be looking after my munchkins on my own. Must say kade seems to have grown up lately, no tantrums, no running away from me, here's hoping it stays like that.

Kel - how is little h going at school???? I'm hoping he is behaving himself.

Hello to everyone, hope u r all well and getting some sleep xxx

Sonja, had to laugh at your track suit pant comment. I had also intended not to fall into the trap of trackies after pregnancy, but as I had quite a few pairs from my sportier days, it was a trap I sadly fell into and has become a very slippery slope. I'm lucky to be back to pre preg weight, but things are now tighter around my waist and my c-section scar can still be a bit tender, so I weakly relent, and slip on my super compy tracksuit pants. The only thing I can say in my defence is that I never go out in them and as DH struts around in his ghastly shorts that he was wearing 20years ago, I feel little guilt about wearing trackies in front of him.

Amum, Kade sounds angelic. I hooe he stays that way.... for a little while at least... especially while DH is OS.

JFB, woohoo for getting the hair done and feeling human again.

MG, creeche at the Gym sounds nice and did I read correctly, you have a creche at the Hairdressor? I like the soundof that. How did the hair turn out?

Ahh. You girls make me laugh. I live in leggings and trackies, designery ones of course. My thing is polar fleece. If you ever see me wearing polar fleece you know I've given up!

Henry's doing much better. Been sleeping through the night with only one feed, they've put him on neocate which seems to have helped and heaps of solids. His terrible eczema has calmed down and he is pooing again. We finally got the loan for our new house, but can't keep hold of the old one which is unfortunate, but looking forward to moving out of I laws and being our own little family again. JFB. Sounds like you are dealing with things really well. How are you keeping H occupied?

Oh dear, I'm feeling like a dag - I love both trackies and fleece jackets - AND I'll wear them in public. Am I disowned from this group??????????????!!

Kismet - so did you end up with the flu? Reminds me I should get the flu shot - can't afford to get sick! Hope you're recovering ok..

Alittle - GOOD LUCK - totally understand the negativity, self protection mode. But you've got to be 'in it to win it' so fingers crossed

Nah M4N but I will walk a few paces behind you in public Beautiful photo - love that expression on T's face. Won't be long and he'll be fighting back. Poor Scarlett really cops a few whacks from Marc in the bath some nights.

Yay Kel that's fantastic progress for Henry. How are you feeling?

Sonia - you're to blame for my obsession with snuggle bum!! They make great pj's, and S always looks great in them!

Alittle - yep, my hairdresser has a creche. The only one in Adelaide, and they are a massage/ipl/nails/beauty salon! They didn't call me to say the creche was closed on Monday due to someone calling in sick, but not a problem. They grabbed a rug and a bouncer from the creche and Archie hung out with me!! When he got really narky and I couldn't hold him, another staffer grabbed him and entertained him until I could! It's great!
I went a little all out and decided to have my hair permanently straightened. So far so good, but I'm not allowed to wash it until Saturday afternoon. I have wavy hair, but rarely get a chance to dry it let alone straighten it, and tend to chuck it in a ponytail. It will be nice to be able to wash and then look presentable. I often feel very daggy!!

I have trackkies but only wear them at home at night when I am lounging on the couch. I don't even wear them during the day actually! I am a big jeans girl, so i'm usually in them.

Today we went to kindergym, which Spencer LOVES! This term is a big transport theme, and he is in heaven. Trucks, tractors, buses, fire engines and at the end there will be a Bob the builder theme for a couple of weeks. They have organised a fire engine to visit a couple of times in the next few weeks, so he is going to be SOOOOOO excited! OMG! He'll be bouncing off the walls. Already he grabs cars and runs the around the house saying nee naw nee naw.!!

M4N - that is a great photo! Looks like N is quite taken with T! So cute.

well im f***ed cos all i wear now is trackies and fleece .....god im so daggy, i didnt realise...in fact im waering a stunning outfit of grey trackies, a pink (stained) maternity t shirt and a bright aqua fleece....i wear this in public most days with no makeup and lucky to have brushed hair..kel did u say i was handling things well ..not in the fashion stakes obviously! lucky i have zero libido cos i couldnt pull a root out of a paper bag with my "look" LOL......maybe i better start making a better effort.....
ok well my ankles / calves are still swollen..thats my excuse....

love that pic m4nay....all the kids look so good with thier little bro's and sis's....

kel: sounds like youve made some excellent progress with H, glad to hear his ezcema is clearing and the sleep too. well done.

    alitte; how are u feeling?

kismet: hope u are going ok and not too sick..there has been a terrible cough / chesty thing down here..im only just getting over it after about 5 weeks...i think taking inner health plus has helped that ..........

afm: just trying to talk to H while i feed its mostly ok, he will watch tele for a bit, play etc altho i still havent been on my own with him for a whole feed so ??? baby slept for 4 hours straight after a cluster feed during the evening....its tiring but she sleeps better when she feeds for a few hours b4 bed...im not waking her, i;ll just get her weighed weekly and feed / express more in day....im tooooo friggin old to survive on stinits of 1 hr sleeps at night.

JFB I lived on Brunswick st in north fitzroy for 8 years. Wearing trackies and / or polar fleece in public was just inviting someone to shoot you on sight. I'm still mortified most days at school when I see all these people in (I can barely say it., ok deep breath) sweats. I mean I just remain silent but light a candle for them when I get home.

My hatred of them is so ingrained I realise the kids don't even wear them. Lucy can't stand them (I've never said a word against them to her she just knows) and Scarlett doesn't own a pair. So far I haven't needed to buy any for Marc either.
