Just wanted to say thank you for the the Banana Bread recipe!

DD had her school fete over the weekend so I doubled it and added 3/4 cup frozen blueberries, it came up a treat.

Kept one for home and the kids are both loving it.

Mmmm ... they look delicious! My favourite brownie recipe - make sure you use really dark chocolate - 70% cocoa at least!

    200g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
    175g unsalted butter
    325g caster sugar
    130g plain flour
    3 eggs

Melt chocolate, butter, and sugar in a double-boiler, add flour, mix in eggs. I always add walnuts because - the nuttier the better! Bake about 30 minutes on 170

I know this is probably a stupid question, but how long does banana bread keep for?
