    Default Bleeding after chemical pregnancy

    Hi ladies,

I had a chemical pregnancy last week. Heavy bleeding started Friday night (after spotting all day) and continued until Monday. It had completely stopped by Monday afternoon, nothing at all yesterday.

Nothing today until I've just gone to the loo and had another bleed. Bright red too, not just spotting/pink or brown. Is it strange to stop bleeding for almost 48 hours and start again?! I have been doing lots of housework, dragged the bin up a big, steep driveway and lots of weeding. Felt a little shaky so maybe I just pushed it? I did an OPK earlier as was getting some CM and O like pains (very early I know!) and while it wasn't positive there was a faint line. Could just be leftover HCG?

    So confused!

    Thanks girls xx

Bleeding has stopped but Dr wants me to get another blood test Monday and have an ultrasound to rule out any leftover tissue. Still cramping and headaches (low iron I'm guessing - 4 blood tests later, LOL) but nothing major. Just wanting to out it all behind me and get cracking on March!
