That is disgusting that they didn't think after any or all of those complaints, that he deserved to lose his licence at the least.

The lady who kicked him in the face had her full story in Take5 or maybe it was that's life mag. He wasn't just rude, rough as guts and offensive, he was all of the above IN FRONT of the lady's other daughter. She was so traumatised by the experience, it just amazes me he's still allowed to practice.
