    Well we just got home from DH's great nan and pa's and I have decided the kids and I are having curried tuna casserole with loads of melted cheese on top :-)
    So old school!! after hearing her mention it I can't get it out of my head..
    This pregnancy seems to be all about carbs and more carbs! Loving them at the moment!

    we having eggplant parmigan with vegies. we have been eating soooooooooooo much meat (we had a cow slaughtered so we are in abundence) but man I need to stop. before that we used to eat meat maybe once or twice a week. now its like 4-5nights a week.

    My oven just got fixed today (it broke on Christmas day with 12 people to feed!) and DH has been hanging out for nachos so I'm going to make that! I load it with kidney beans and jalepenos yummmmm....
