    We are having mexican enchiladas for dinner tonight with cheesey mash and honey carrots. Feeling lazy today so it's nothing special!

    Leftovers- homemade chicken pie and veggies with apple pie and cream for dessert. Not healthy but hay I can start the diet another time

    We had ginger and peanut noodles, with shredded chicken.

    It was a recipe from a friend and it was delicious! YUM

    We had chicken Marylands that had been marinated in preserved lemon, olive oil and herbs with Parmesan mash and steamed greens.

    Will definitely do it again. But roast the chicken longer so it really falls off the bone.

    Roast chicken, home made stuffing and gravy. Crispy potatoes and sweet potatoes, pumpkins, broccoli, cauliflower and corn.
    Flour less mud cake for desert
    It's for my younger brothers bday that was on Thursday. Dd is very excited keeps saying uncle Paul it's your dinner!!!
