Hi oh knowledgeable ladies!
I am attending a friends birth as a support person and a few things have come up (stupid doctors with no bedside manner!) that have put fear in her mind.
She is keen to do some visualization / relaxation leading up to the birth.
What I wanted to know is, if you have done this, what did you use? She would love to do a calm birth course but time is getting short and there are none in our area. Is there a downloadable (iTunes?) track you have used? Or a link to a script somewhere? Or an app? She has a mindfulness one but something specifically geared to pregnancy and birth in particular would be awesome.
