Default Meal plan - what's on yours this week?

I'm just writing my shopping list for the week and am after some inspiration. So what's on the menu at your place?

We are broke till Wednesday so it's stuff I can make from what's in the cupboard/freezer till then.

Tonight and tomorrow night - macaroni beef and salad

Tuesday - homemade pizza and salad

    Wednesday - probably takeaway

Thursday - tray baked chicken pieces with cherry tomatoes, mashed potato

    Friday - fajitas

Saturday - DH cooking. No doubt some red meat + chips + 1 veg

We eat practically the same meals week to week ... Usually consists of sausages one night, one or two chicken meals, hot dogs, home made pizza on the weekend, a roast and a mince dish

tonight will be fish and rice and hopefully some steamed veges.

otherwise, i'm well stocked on meat and a few serves of fish too, got lots of rice, lots of pasta and even some potatoes and lots of frozen veg. i'm set!

i'm a meat, carbs and maybe some veg on a plate kind of person. the trick to not needing to meal plan is to just eat simple food. but i get that some people might think that's boring.

    Sheperds Pie

    Chicken, leek and pumpkin risotto

Baked Lemon Chicken over rice with a green salad

    Chow mein

Steak, baked potato and green salad

Cheesy Chicken and Vegetable pasta bake.

Pretty boring here. I have to try and cook meals that suit a male that must eat meat each night, a 4 yr old and a one year old.
