Default What do you think of: Karicare Gold Aptamil

Just wondering what others think of this formula? DS2 was given it to him in hospital so I decided to stick with it. I used Nan Ha with DS1 and he fed quiet often and had green/smelly poos. The karicare seems to keep my DS2 satisfied for a little longer and the poos arent as bad.
The only thing that bothers me about the karicare is that is is so frothy after you shake the formula. I am also not sure if make my son hiccup as he hiccups a lot after some feeds (not all). Also he burbs a lot, which is good I guess because he is burbing out the air!

Thanks. Just wondering how do you know it gave him wind, was he in pain and not feeding? My DS burps a lot, seems content. Does that mean he has wind (cause he burps a lot), or is wind when they cant burb?

I've heard constipation can be common with Aptamil, could just see how he goes though.

It's working well for DD - we are using Aptamil Gold

No wind issues - although she burps twice during a feed

Only got constipated on the De-lact

Thanks all. I was worried about constipation, but he has been doing poos fine the last couple of days so far. As for satisfaction, he is going 3-4hrs between feeds which is better than DS1 who was on NAN and going 2-3 hrs between feeds (even in the night!!!)
