Congrats on your pregnancy. We told our parents almost straight away then waited until an all clear anatomy scan at 20wks to tell everyone else due to a missed m/c after 12wks with our first bub. We had waited until 12wks with the first.

Close family and friends and with this bub#3 unfortunately could only "hide" until about 8 weeks!!! My dr also said to me about telling people know... Wouldnt you rather people know now and enjoy it with you and if something goes wrong they can share the grief or at least know why you are not tracking so good. Your call! Prob best way to look. At it is who do you want to share this amazing time of your life with... Tell them!
    Congrats by the way!!! :-)

    Firstly congrats on your pregnancy.

I would personally wait to annouce it to after your 12 week scan.

The same thing happened to my SIL she annouced it and then miscarried.

In saying that i told my parents at about 10 weeks after my scan at 8 weeks with both of my boys.

This is my first and I told my family at about 3 weeks 5 days (pretty much as soon as I saw the second line! I've also told some close friends but I won't be making any general announcements until after 12 weeks.

We were going to wait until 12 weeks, then ended up telling everyone at 10 after our dating scan. This is partly because we thought I was almost 12 weeks and also as the baby was doing really well during the scan :-)
