    I've lost 6.2kg now 

    I love training. Just love it. I never thought i would be one of those people. I train twice a day mon-thu, one big session fri and sat (because I have long shifts at work afterwards) and Sunday is rest day but try and go for a big walk or just shoot around on the basketball court for a bit. I feel so much better. I haven't eaten a thing I 'shouldn't' and my whole mind set is just completely changed.

    This won't be for 12 weeks, this is now my life. It makes me happy.

    Am I making you want to vomit with my positivity? Haha...

    13.8kg to go!

    Scarymary sorry I didn't reply earlier... I deleted my app so I could forget about all things baby and focus on my health...

    I lost 24.5kg in the challenge, I feel great and I will live eating clean food and exercising for the rest of my life, I'm addicted to it xo
