    reaction: switch off, silence, cries, pleads with her, doesn't talk much to me at all has recently gone on anti depressants

    solutions: none, he has fallen apart which is why i feel i have to step in cos at the moment he is the only one who can't see what she is doing

    I am going to book appointment Monday. Problem is it can be a 3 or more week wait unless i say it's acute and try get in on the day

    Good point. I feel i am on that same road myself but feel i have to stand strong until we get through it. I am too scared to show too much emotion or i will fall completely apart
