    cellent I understand where you are coming from. I already spoke to the teacher and she was the one who informed me the other children weren't punished. This conversation was after I spoke to her and after speaking to her she went to Ivy

    Also as a teacher, I don't quite understand the teacher's response but I would also recommend an appointment with the Principal (and/or AP/Deputy if they usually handle discipline).

    He/she has the overall responsibility for discipline / bullying and the Principal also has authority over the teacher, and would be interested to hear your persepctive on a situation the teacher may have already told them about.
