    I have been planning our menu for a while as well...unfortunately I only have the one menu and after doing well in the first round I would be all out of ideas.

    Entree - Vietnamese Ricepaper Rolls with homemade satay sauce

    Main - Lamb tagine on Cous Cous with preserved lemon.

    Dessert - Chocolate Baked Cheesecake with Contrieu

    Hmmm, I would probably do something like:

    Garlic King Prawns served on a bed of salad - roasted pumpkin, avo, spinach, goats cheese, toasted pine nuts.

    Crispy Skinned Atlantic Salmon, served on a bed of creamy sweet potatoe mash, with asparagus and vegetables.

    With Ice-Cream Sundaes for dessert done my way (2 layers of crushed meringue, strawberries and mango, strawberry coulis, home made vanilla ice-cream, chocolate ganache and topped with crushed peanuts)

    Yum, yum and yum! I'm not usually a huge dessert fan, but that sounds DEVINE...

    I would do a fruit, cheese and crackers platter as well. But at what point do you serve it?

    ........... I'm going to make myself a couple of crackers with cheese right now
    Made myself hungry... lol

    And I'd serve jugs of Mojito cocktails as well! Mmmmmm...

    It is pretty fabulous, even if I do say so myself! I always get comments when I do it, but it's so easy. Especially with most of it done in the thermomix

    They all sound yummy! I would do;

    Entree;
    king prawn and goats cheese tortellini with sage and burnt butter sauce ( I have this at Rock Pool every time I go and have the recipe but have not yet made it!)

    Main: chili mud crab with lime and coconut rice ( this I do!)

    Dessert: white chocolate creme brûlée ( this is my staple dinner party dessert!)
