Hello, I'm only 4 weeks pregnant but have become obsessed with the way my body looks. I am constantly feeling FAT.. this is my first pregnancy and I was about 5 kilos overweight, so yes I am fat but now I feel HUGE.. and I have 8 more months to go... I know its all in my head.. or maybe I'm really bloated?
I feel wobbly and jiggly and uncomfortable...
What are some safe exercises to do while expecting?
I can't join the gym cause I am pretty much broke but I thought if I started working out at least it'll make me feel better about myself.
