She said after a couple more tries we will be looking to go to IVF. Which scares us due to the costs. I have just found the Fertility Centre in Springwood and it sounds promising, do you think it could be an option for us?
    Thanks in advance.
Hay Kristy I would try make an appointment with springwood and see what they say the cost is 1350 for one cycle of ivf and you get rebated from medicare you pay this at the time of collection of your drugs and to make your eggs grow they put you on FSH injections the only extra out of pocket is the freezing of eggs as they don't store them there and this is 1500 still beats other clinics wish u luck let us know how you go I went through springwood first go and now 7 1/2 wks preggers x

WOW! that is awesome news Mrs Simmo, congratulations to you and your hubby! Thank you for your reply and clarifying a few things for me. I am looking to make an appointment with them soon as i dont think i can hold off another 3 months, we have been trying for 3 years and been with our specialist for 4 months now and i dont think what she has me doing is enough to get the the job done. Best of luck with your pregnancy, im glad to hear there is light at the end of the tunnel, all goes to plan for you xx

    Hi Kristy,
I'd ring up for an appointment ASAP, as I rung up at the beginning of July but my appointment isn't until the end of Sept.

Hey just a quick question - do you guys know if the fertility centre sees lesbian couples? Not sure if its just an "infertile" type place.
