Bleeding around 4-6wks

Hi there, I had an internal scan don't on Monday, thought I was almost 6wks but could have been earlier coz they couldn't see anything until they did the internal and there were two hings there but to early to tell if they are baby or cyst, so come back in 10days, I started spotting last night redish pink, it was gone in the morning but when I go to the bathroom it starts again for a few wipes, I went to the doc today he didn't say much but got me to have a blood test to check my levels, so anxious to find out because the bleeding is still happening...trying not to worry
