Life in shades of grey, we just sold our daughters 12.1 hh apsb gelding, shes moving onto a 14.3 hh riding pony gelding, this horse is so awesome and so much fun to ride, I can't wait to own him, we're buying him from my friend and I've ridden him before, riding is so much fun isn't it, can't wait

    Default Weigh ins?

I reached my goal of 59.9 then moved the goalposts to 57kg, which is apparently my "ideal" weight according to BMI. I wanna get there just to see how I like it, but I think my maintenance plan will be to stay between 57 and 60, which at 58.9kg is where I am. I'm finding it really hard to stay motivated since I got to 60. I've just relaxed and it's so hard to get back on the wagon. My weight has been up and down like a yoyo. I've not been back up to 60, which I'm happy about, but I've not even got close to 57 which is frustrating.
Anyway, enough of my moaning (sorry!). How's everyone else going?

    Default Weigh ins?

    Can I please join too?
    Start weight 84kg
    Current weight 79kg
    Ideal weight 67kg

I had my daughter 3 months ago via c section and have only just started exercising again. I was 67 kg a few months before I fell pregnant but was at the gym everyday. I don't have time to go to the gym with bubs so I'm doing it at home a hour a day. Finger crossed I can loose it before Christmas as I'll be heading back to my home town. I think this is a great idea and will help with the motivation!

    Default Weigh ins?

Haven't posted in this thread for awhile last time I weighed in at 77.0kg that's was in may
My current weight is 71.0 sigh I did get it down to 69.5kg but had a few big days

But back on track 1200 calories a day and minimum of 30mins on elliptical trainer 5 days a week .

My starting weight in feb this year was 89.9 I think around there anyway

My goal weight is still not really decided anywhere from 59kg to 64kg would be ok

    Default Weigh ins?

Gate crashing late in the thread but just so proud of myself

    Start weight: 87(ish) kg

    Current weight: 61.2kg

    Till goal: 200gm!!!!!!!!

    :smiley dance:

Gosh it's been a long road but I'm pretty much there and so desperately want to celebrate.

    Total weight loss: 25.8 kg

I plan to stay pretty strict for the rest of this week anyway and hopefully drop another kg and a bit (as a buffer) so that 61kg becomes my max weight I'm happy with.
