Moo, how is the challenge going?
After several weeks of not much progress I'm back on track with loses the last three days.

    Numbers now are:
    Start 91.5
    Now 61
    Loss so far 30.5
1.1 to go until I am at my goal.

Getting so close. I can't wait until I'm saying zero point something to go!

don't worry Moo. You can lose it again. You've already proven you can do it. Just jump back on that wagon

Two days to go until my goal date:
    Start weight 91.5
    loss so far 31.3
    Current weight 60.2
0.3 to go until I reach my goal. So darn close I can taste it! I hope I get there by Friday, but even if I don't, I know I'll get there, and I'll stay there!

    Hi Everyone,

    Thought I would join...

    Start weight: 135.2 KG
    Current: 135.2 KG
Goal: TTC Goal 95 KG, Main Goal 80 KG

    Background:

I am 175cm and a solid build (structurely) so I can't be too light on or I look really silly. I spent almost all of late teens at 105 KG and was very happy with myself then. But an extremely abusive EXH caused my weight to skyrocket to 120 KG. When I fell pregnant with DD I went to 132 KG.

After having DD I went down to 114 KG within a month. Instead of working on it and grabbing it while I could to lose weight I was so exhausted I just didn't do anything and now I am at the heaviest ever in my life and I am sure the second heaviest in my family *sobs*.

    I have extremely low self esteem, no motivation and a DP who eats about three servings in one (might I add he doesnt gain weight). My main struggles are;

    Portion Control
Dairy Intake (I know it gives me a gut ache, bloated and sick)
    Take Away

I don't excersize but I am not worried about that because I can walk 5-10km daily through our hilly streets if I want to.

My issue is food, I swear I am an addict to it. I have to always be eating and no motivation for anything healthy.

I really want to be under 100 before we TTC and I know TTC #2 is important to DP.

I am just have such terrible self esteem that I just can't get motivated no matter how much I want to.

    Can I join ?

    Start weight : 101.7 kg

    Current weight : 101.7 kg

    Goal weight : 70 kg ( I think ? )

Dp and I are ttc so I want to get healthy and lose weight, also we are buying dd a horse that is big enough for me to ride

My main barriers are portion size and carbs, dp is a type 1 diabetic so he needs carbs with every meal.
I also dislike exercise but I'm looking forward to taking up horse riding again

Welcome maybe number three and life in shades of...!

Well, I've finally made it to my goal! Thank you all for your encouragement and support.

So now, maintenance. How do I do that?! Any tips/advice greatly appreciated. I've been doing mannatech meal replacements so figure I need to slowly and sensibly reintroduce food, and ensure I still get plenty of exercise and drink water. What else???

    Thanks Lulululu

Maybe number 3, I am the same re horses. I don't want to buy another one, well not for a while. But I have ridden horses my whole life. I haven't ridden in three years due to my weight. I can't wait to shed the kilos and go for a ride!
