I've gone down then up the last couple of days and am now back at 64.8kg
And today I snacked a bit at a 3yo birthday party so i guess tomorrow will be another gain. I don't seem to have the ability to get past the not wasting food dilemma. My kids fondle food at the party then decide they don't want it and I can't put it back but can't bring myself to throw it out so usually eat it.

Can you tell me more about this? What does the 14 day kickstart involve?
And what's the challenge exactly? Is it like you want to lose a certain amount in 10 weeks?

Afm: today I'm 63.2kg. 3.3kg to go. Am quite hopeful that I'll get to my goal by my birthday and be able to celebrate for two reasons

Challenge was just 10 weeks to get to goal lost 1.9 this week at weigh in (wish I had morning weigh ins!!) 3.1kg to go

14 day kickstart is all about eliminating bad foods from your diet, first week we cut out sugar dairy and grains, even fruit!! We are allowed fruit week two but only one piece before 12, you hve set times to eat, only 3 meals a day, it's also about getting your body to work as naturally as possible, very similar to the paleo diet
