You girls inspire me as I've been really slack and never really made an effort to lose weight... So maybe this will help... by documenting it here... *fingers crossed

    Today's weight - 75
    First goal - 69
    Second - 65
    Ultimate goal - 60 =)

My BMi is 25.5 so just over the normal range...

I'm at the same point Moo! Very exciting to get to 20kg! Congrats!
I had a huge loss today (1.1kg) but ate heaps of cake and crap and even alcohol at our sons birthday party today so a bit nervous about having a gain tomorrow. I'm right on 70.0 and would so love to be 69 point something tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

I am back on the weight loss track - I am doing weight watchers (have been since Sept last year) but I have slacked off with the tracking and its catching up to me - having not been for 2 weeks I gained 1.1 this time so that was a bit of a slap in the face type wake up call. so if I may join you ladies??

    Starting weight 96kg
    Next mini goal - 75kg
Ulitmate goal - 65 ish Dream would be 60 but we'll see!
current 81.3kg (total loss since Sept is 14.7)

off to do a 10 min pilates on the ball dvd! - wish me luck its been a while!

Well, apparently one cannot eat four pieces of cake and expect to lose weight! I gained 1.6kg that day! Have lost 0.4kg since so still paying for my sins. Have been good today so fingers crossed I'll have lost more tomorrow. Still 71.2 which is disappointing after almost hitting the "69." range. I learned a valuable lesson about how easily one can "turn the tide" though.

27kg in 3&1/2 months is a lot but it can be done. In fact my partner has just lost exactly that in the same time frame (since new years). She did it using optifast. And exercising regularly -swimming twice a week, walking at least three times a week and doing steps on the wii sometimes. Good luck.
