I really like Thelonious for a boy, after the jazz great (Thelonious Monk) and would be more than happy to use Theo as his nickname. It even goes well with our surname! But I couldn't do that to him. It's just too long, and he'd have to spell a long name to people for the rest of his life.

It's mack-Kay-dee and I adore it too, but DP doesn't and it sounds really silly with his last name so it's a no go unfortunately!

Mum was talking about her neighbour's teenage daughter the other day whose name is Airlie. I haven't really heard it before (except as a place name), and I think it's very pretty. My only problem with it though is it sounds like someone with a strong Liverpudlian accent saying "early". Lol.

Not sure if I'd use it, but I'm adding it to my list anyway.

I really like "day" names like Wednesday and tried convincing DP to let me use Saturday. I knew he would say no but it would be so cute.
I like Milo for a boy but I always drink Milo and I don't want people thinking I named him after that.
Ariel but don't want "Disney" names so would probably change it to Arielle or Ariella if DP agreed.
