    Default 11 month old sleep

How many day sleeps should an 11 month old be having?
I know it varies slightly between children..
Does your baby have 1 sleep middle of day? Or morning and afternoon sleeps??

My two are having a big sleep (2 to 2.5hr) in the morning (after being awake for about 3.5 hrs), and then a power nap (1hr) in the afternoon. Still very much need both sleeps and really easy to go down, so I think it will be this routine for a little while yet.

At 11 months DS was starting to transition to 1 nap.

As a pp said on the days that he gets up early he'll sometimes have 2 naps (he's 15 months now)

What time do they go to bed at night time? And do they sleep right through?
Normally DS sleeps in the morning for 1.5 - 2 hours and then in the arvo for the same.. But he wakes at night time sometimes once sometimes 2 or 3 times.
Today he only had one sleep so will be interesting to see what he is like

my DD desperatly tried to switch to one day slepp around 11.5 months old, but we stuck it out with two sleeps until she was one.
(we'd already printed and sent birthday party invitations that revolved around her still having two sleeps

but smack bang on 12 months one day we let her go to bed at midday and she would sleep for 3-4 hours then back to bed at 7pm.

before then she was having 2 sleeps (10am-11am, and 2pm-415pm)

Not so much lucky. From 3 to 8 months she woke 5 + times a night, we ended up going to ngala for a week and the cheeky minx slept through the first night!

He'll get there in his own time

My two are usually in bed between 630/7 and each still wakes 1-3 times during the night.

DD sleeps 7-6/7 then has one day nap at 11.30, anywhere between 1-3 hours.
