Default How much did your nine month old sleep.

At the moment my 9 month old DS is sleeping from 8pm till 9am at night.
Then during the day he sleeps from around 11am till 1pm then 3.30ish till 5pm.
He's completely happy when awake, very alert, playful and clever.
I'm just wondering if this is normal or if anyone thinks I should be worried?
A couple of people have seemed shocked by it so I'm beginning to wonder.

That is text book perfect. Your friends are probably shocked from jealousy! My nearly nine month old has pretty much the same sleep pattern as yours. it's almost embarrassing to talk about and it sounds like bragging because many babies at 9 months still don't have a good established sleep pattern. We are lucky mummys

Pretty much the same as yours. Both my kids slept:

7am-7pm with one or two night feeds at that age
    Naps 9-11 am
    1-3 pm

    I feel the same!

My DS turned 9 mths yesterday and is exactly the same as OPs bub except he wakes a little earlier (7/7:30). He dropped his night feed at 4 months and has slept through since. He still has 2 x 1.5+ hr sleeps per day as well.

I never disclose this IRL as I feel bad for other mummies who don't get this much sleep!!
