    Default High temperature

    Evening ladies,
I'm sitting here hot and shivering while my aspirin kicks in and I wonder....
What temperature do you let yourself get to before you panic?

When I took DS to the hospital they told me the temp is not really what you worry about but the combination of stmptoms as the temp is the body flight I g the infection. Other things to look for are skin changes/rashes, loss of vision, convulsions, headache, stiffness ect. I'm sure there are others I've missed. If you are worried call a GP or visit your local hospital

38 is not very high really. We only send children home from childcare at 38 but I have cared for children with temps 40.7 and the hospital still sent me home as he was hydrated.

I am at 39.4, the aspirin has kicked in and now I feel even hotter than I was.
I'm keeping up fluids but have a sore throat and a migraine
Got myself too stressed at wok this week and took too much on board, now crashing.
