Default EleCare Formula has made my bub's reflux flare up

DS2 is Cow's Milk Protein Intolerant. He was recently put onto EleCare and his reflux is now out of control. Is this normal???

    Just spewing or pain too??

It is a thinner formula so it's very easy to vomit.

If there's no pain try not to stress. Just keep him elevated for 30mins after each feed.

This has happened to my DS too - he's just being weaned on to Elecare for the exact same reason! (plus soy)

My Paed advised putting thickener in the bottles and it's already worked a treat. I just brought the Karicare stuff from Chemist Warehouse. (he didn't seem to have pain, just vomiting)
