Our uniform shop is expensive and as they just changed the logo they have stopped doing second hand not great when your a single mum on a budget and tops along cost $30 each!
Our kids school lets them wear the same colour polo with out the logo, you can get them from kmart, target etc for about $8-10 .
Also our kids school sell the iron on logos for a few $$ so you can put them on the plain polo's.
Would your DDs school let you do this ?

One per child and wash every night.

However, for someone with less children I would suggest two uniforms and wash every other night.

coop has a total of 5 uniforms. his school has 2 different shirts boys can wear so has 2 formal ones and 2 casual ones with his top for sports day which i just bought at best and less. he has 5 shorts as well. also has 2 jumpers which i got from big w but am still yet to get track pants.

i figure by him having 5 uniforms, when we sell them, they will still be in a pretty good condition unless he gets paints etc on them and he will only be wearing them 40 times each during the year as he has one of each.

I saved for a few weeks to get them up to 5 each - they are pretty expensive for polos, but I'm happy I got them.
I wash every day, but like to do the uniforms separate, and I'm guessing by less washes they'll keep better

DD has 3 summer dresses, 2 winter pinafores and 2 long sleeve shirts, and 2 jumpers (one is decent one is getting faded). She has 2 sports t-shirts one generic one with logo. Our school has just gone thu a change in uniforms where everything is monogrammed and embroided and I can't get anything from big w/best & less. Just paid almost $40 for a sports t-shirt second hand are like hens teeth as everyone either sells theirs, gives them away or uses them until they are threadbare.

Nope, tops must have logo and they don't even do iron on transfers (my high school had this policy but did provide transfer for about $5 which saved heaps).

I have 2 DDs they are 3 years apart but the same size clothing. So they sort of have uniforms between them.

I have three shirts, four skorts and two dresses. Only one jumper at the moment but I will get another when we get closer to winter. In winter the uniform is black tracksuit pants or the summer uniform with stockings. So it will be the same . My older child wants one of the jacket sort of things but that can wait until her growing slows down.

I usually wash Tuesday or Wednesday and then the weekend.

They are so expensive I can't afford a uniform for everyday per child.

The boys have got 4 each, and a sports uniform.

They got new ones this year, but the ones before that they had for Prep and grade 1.

Ds has 5 shirts , 4 polo and one sport.

He also has 5 pairs of shorts.

    One jumper.

He refuses to wear long pants so the shorts do him all year round.
