I certainly didnt focus on accupuncture this cycle except one session before my ET with my GP (had only 2-3 needles inserted in total, one on my foot, one on my abdomen, one on my head which dropped off half way, felt like a fake session) but I got my BFP today. I doubt accu does anything with improving implantation or embryo quality.

I have never done acu. Let alone just for IVF.

We got BFP's on our first fresh cycle (DD2) and our 1st FET cycle (lost to M/C).

Umm - I actually tried accupuncture after a few months of ttc...I found it so painful. I certainly didn't feel relaxed. I tried to persevere but after about 4 times I gave up...I was very brave too, as I am so needle phobic (look where I am now - hopefully starting injections in a week)..

I wish it would be an option for me to have accupuncture but I'd rather go to the dentist, or give myself injections, or sniff synarel... It was sooo painful!!! I will probably have a massage or two.

I'm leaning towards massage too when I start my ivf in April mainly because I stress over everything!
