    Default Can anyone give me a ruff amount a first year RN or a first year midwife would make?

    Im curious as to ruffly what a first year RN or Midwife makes a year?

    Achievements:Topaz Star - 500 posts
    It varies a bit from state to state
    In QLD I think it is roughly $28/hr so for a full time (38 hr) week roughly $55k/ year before tax

    Of course if you work weekends, afternoons, nights, public holidays you get penalty rates on top of that


    My little munchkin due May 2012! So to keep me busy till then, I'm learning how to use my iPhone.
